Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within the following timeframe:
- Processing: 1-3 business days
- Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Total: 6-11 business days from the time your order is placed

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
We do! Any order totaling $100 or more shipped within the United States ships for free. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Check out our Shipping Policy page for more information.
Q: Where is Riley Ridge based?
Riley Ridge is based in the United States. We ship to customers across the country and are proud to offer a thoughtfully selected range of quality products.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll sort it out at no cost to you. If something shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your package and we'll arrange a replacement. Take a look at our Return Policy for more details.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as you act quickly. We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at help@rileyridge.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Q: What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to send something back. Items need to be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. We don't charge any restocking fees. Full details are available on our Return Policy page.
Q: When will I get my refund?
After we receive and review your return, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take up to 7 business days to show up. Our Refund & Return Policy page has more information.
Q: Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. Every purchase comes with a 14-day warranty. If something isn't working as it should, contact us and we'll make it right. Visit our Return Policy page for the full breakdown.
Q: How can I contact customer support?

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. Riley Ridge currently ships to US addresses only.
Q: Do you have a storefront I can shop at in person?
Riley Ridge is an online-only store. Keeping things digital lets us maintain a broader product selection and pass better value on to our customers.
Q: Do you accommodate bulk or business orders?
We do. If you're ordering on behalf of a business or organization and need larger quantities, we'd love to hear from you. Drop us a line at help@rileyridge.com and we can work out the details.
Q: How do I request an exchange?
Just send us an email at help@rileyridge.com with your order details and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll walk you through the process from there. You can also check our Return Policy page for more on how exchanges work.
Q: How do I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our hands, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on our Order Tracking page to see exactly where your package is.
