Refund Policy

At Riley Ridge, your satisfaction matters. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we make the return and refund process as straightforward as possible.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and sent back with all original packaging and tags included. Our support team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Restocking Fee: $0 — returns are always free of restocking charges.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

Defective or Incorrect Items: Riley Ridge covers all shipping costs when a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. We will reship the correct item to you at no charge.

Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or the item isn't the right fit, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Reach Out: Email us at help@rileyridge.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns initiated without contacting us first will not be accepted.
  2. Pack It Up: Place the item securely back in its original packaging, making sure all tags and documentation are included.
  3. Ship It Back: Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email, using the carrier or shipping method outlined there.

Cancellations

All orders are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the standard return process applies.

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@rileyridge.com.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? Email us at help@rileyridge.com and we'll walk you through the exchange process. Once we confirm your return is on its way, you can either purchase the new item yourself and we'll refund you, or we can handle the exchange directly.

Shipping Costs

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs once your order has already shipped. We also do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning or exchanging items with us.

Incorrect Address Upon Purchase

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds or free reshipments for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at the time of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we cannot offer free replacements, post-shipment cancellations, or shipping cost refunds due to address errors.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety considerations, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Any product that falls into these categories will be clearly noted as non-returnable on its product page. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period and Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
